The two bathrooms mean room for larger families or groups, instantaneous gas means showers that are piping hot and last forever and the spa bath is a place to completely relax. Fully equipped kitchen & large dining room and lounge means you can eat in or out as you prefer.

Situated just one minute’s drive from Port Fairy Cafes & Restaurants, the property has manicured gardens on one and a half acres. We have a wide variety of birds and local wildlife, beaches a minute away suitable for wading or swimming and the wonderful Time & Tide Tearooms with great food and spectacular sea views at the end of the road.
